Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are dispatched from within the US.
Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not moved after 5 business days, email auressenllc@gmail.com and we will chase it.
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will reship it once at no cost to you.
If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full.
Refill orders ship on the same free shipping terms and on the schedule you chose. You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account.
