FLORIOR offers an optional subscription called Automatic Refills. It is optional — you can buy any product once, with no subscription, at the one-time price shown.
If you choose Automatic Refills, you save 30% on every order and you are authorising a recurring charge to your payment method until you cancel. The amount, the product and the interval are shown in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay, and again in your order confirmation email.
The interval matches the supply you bought, so you are not charged before you run out:
Your first charge is taken when you place the order. Each renewal is charged on the same day of the cycle and ships immediately.
You can cancel at any time, including before your second charge. There is no minimum number of payments, no commitment and no cancellation fee.
Manage everything from the subscription link in any of your FLORIOR emails, or from your account:
Changes made before a renewal is charged apply to that renewal. If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, email auressenllc@gmail.com and we will refund it if the order has not shipped, or accept it back unopened if it has.
You can also simply email auressenllc@gmail.com and ask us to cancel. We will do it and confirm by email within 24 hours.
If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will email you before the next charge so you can decide whether to continue.
